The solo_L3_rpw-tds-surv-stat data product is generated from solo_L2_rpw-tds-surv-stat data to display on-board collected statistics over the 1 second TDS snapshots with the time cadence of 16 seconds.

Backgrounds and polluted signals are not cleaned from L2 data.
