solo_L3_rpw-thr-surv-filtered data product is generated from solo_L2_rpw-tnr-surv and solo_L2_rpw-hfr-surv data to display E-field dynamical spectra over the full TNR-HFR frequency range.

The only difference with the solo_L3_rpw-thr-surv images is here a 5% percentile background is subtracted and polluted signals are cleaned using a Fourier Transform filter.
